A morning wrapped in clear air as autumn deepens. We are holding a "Morning Tea Gathering" to quietly set the stage for the start of a new day. We invite you to enjoy a moment of awakening for both mind and body as you surrender to the elegant aromas and profound flavors brought to you by black tea.

■ Afternoon Session (Brewing Black Tea)
A "Tea Studies Gathering" where we experience the rich world that unfolds from a single cup of tea, while touching upon tea cultures cultivated in various regions. The theme this time is black tea. We will focus on the "black teas" nurtured within the unique climates and histories of China, Taiwan, and Japan. We invite you into the profound world of black tea as we thoughtfully engage with teas that carry the trajectory of the leaves and the memories of the land.
